About the Company:

We are the Singapore branch of a leading international logistics and freight forwarding group with offices in USA, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and across Europe specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions for the Cruise business, but not only.

We provide logistics services, including air and sea freight, warehousing and distribution. We are seeking a committed , reliable, motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics operations, optimizing processes, and delivering outstanding service to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily freight forwarding operations, including air, sea, land transportation and warehousing
  • Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and other suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
  • Handle end-to-end import/export documentation , customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with customers to meet their requirements and expectations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues while ensuring high service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports and final invoice.
