For our travel-industry partners including airlines, agencies, tour operators, corporate travel managers, and more, Sherpa° opens up new ancillary revenue streams by offering seamless integration of eVisas, eTAs, and ESTAs directly into the booking flow. At the heart of Sherpa's offerings is its robust API, which encompasses an extensive database of passport and visa requirements, border procedures, and other travel-related information. **About The Role**:
Sherpa° is seeking an experienced and tactical Partnerships Lead to lead our Asia regions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise partnerships and driving revenue growth.

As the Partnerships Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy, fostering high-value relationships, and contributing to Sherpa’s overall success and expansion.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**For Sherpa°**:

- **Strategic Partnership Development**: Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients, aligning partnership goals with Sherpa’s strategic goals to drive significant revenue growth.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Foster strong, cross-functional relationships with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to ensure partner needs are remediated and opportunities are maximized.
- **Revenue Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through existing and new channel partnerships, leveraging Sherpa’s product stack (Elements, WebApps, API).
- **Market Expansion**: Lead initiatives to expand Sherpa’s market presence and impact in Asia, identifying new market opportunities and potential new partnerships.
- **Innovation and Feedback**: Convert partner feedback into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Sherpa’s product offerings and partnership strategies through an internal Voice of the Customer program.
- **Forecasting and Reporting**: Maintain accurate forecasting of partnership performance, and provide regular reports on partnership metrics, revenue contributions, and market trends.

- **Trusted Advisor**: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise partners, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and strategic consultations.
- **Enterprise Relationship Management**: Manage high-value enterprise partnerships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and alignment with partners' business objectives.
- **Customized Solutions**: Understand partners' unique needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Sherpa’s full suite of products and services.
- **Onboarding and Integration**: Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring they have a strong foundation for success.
- **Performance Optimization**: Regularly assess and optimize partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement to maximize their success with Sherpa’s solutions.
- **Escalation Point**: Act as the primary point of escalation for partners, providing timely and effective resolutions to any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise partnership management, with a focus on strategic revenue growth.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to provide technical guidance to partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Growth mindset and driven by curiosity.
- Familiarity with account management and technical tools, such as Hubspot, Amplitude, Looker, and remote-first tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
