**Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of AiChat’s current chatbot, evolve existing models and contribute to the development of new chatbot capabilities.
- Build on AiChat’s proprietary chatbot framework to provide customization for specific

clients and scenarios.
- Provide NLP support for various languages besides English, e.g. Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and other low resource languages.
- Support account managers in generating analytics insights from textual data as well as structured data.

**Required Technical Skills and Qualities**
- Coding experience in Python.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in analytics, data science roles.
- Experienced in statistical modeling, Bayesian statistics or other machine learning and statistical methodologies (clustering, similarity calculation, classifiers, etc.) as well as knowledgeable about their advantages/drawbacks.
- Knowledgeable in Classical NLP: preprocessing techniques, data transformation etc.
- Experienced in NLP libraries e.g. NLTK, genism, spaCy
- Good knowledge in the following techniques and libraries: regex, SQL, scikit-learn, numpy, pandas
- A creative mind and strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- A drive to self-learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to develop and use graphs to communicate/discover patterns in data
- Rigorously documents his/her code.
- Basic git commands, flask or equivalent API framework, web crawling, building a recommender system, A/B testing, marketing analytics, customer analytics.

**Qualifications**
- Degree/masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, other quantitative field
- If without such paper qualifications, onus is on you to demonstrate your quantitative abilities
