We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, implementing, and optimizing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that enhance our products and services.This position calls for a solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals , strong coding skills in relevant languages and frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment .Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms. Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and build scalable data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and business operations. Optimize model performance and scalability through continuous testing and improvement. Research and apply the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance AI/ML applications and systems. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in AI/ML engineering or an equivalent role. Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn . In-depth knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms. Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation . Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices . Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred: Experience with distributed computing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks. Practical experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects .
