**Job Description**:
You will be supporting the Investment & Portfolio Management team in CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited (CLCTML) and report to Head, Investment & Portfolio Management of CLCTML.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform deal evaluation, feasibility study, financial analysis, and preparation of approval papers for investment and divestment opportunities- Participate in deal execution including due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation, and work independently to liaise with teams from internal and external parties including trustee- Responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of a subset of CLCT portfolio of properties in China with the objective of maximizing their operational and financial performance- Work with local asset managers / property managers in the preparation of (i) periodic asset management report, (ii) analysis and recommendation for existing projects’ key asset management issues, (iii) annual budget and asset plan, (iv) feasibility and recommendation for asset enhancement initiatives- Liaise with trustee on various aspects of the REIT business, including regular valuation, IPTs, insurance etc- Keep abreast of development in the SREIT market and general trends of China real estate market, and prepare summary reports to management

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business or other relevant Major- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the real estate industry with a good understanding of property investment and asset management, preferably in the REIT sector- Possess strong analytical skills, good business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task- Understanding of China market and fluency in Mandarin a plus
