Customer Support Specialist

The ability to provide professional and confidential support via telephone is important.
- To be comfortable with providing low-level technical support, such as walking patients through downloading an app, or finding a particular tab and providing tech support to our physicians during appointments
- Required to conduct onboarding, briefing and training sessions to doctors and nurses
- Support patients for teleconsultation, provide briefing/guidance to patients
- Ensure smooth running of teleconsultation, provide support and troubleshooting when necessary
- Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting
- Prompt delivery of other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working attitude.
- Customer service mindset.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
