**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure program outcomes meet KPIs, Centre operations & execution, Compliance & Accountability
- Assesses the industry landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Drive development of partnerships, initiatives and improvements for the effective delivery and quality of the programme
- Establish and oversee implementation of partnerships and initiatives
- Actively participate in relevant business associations and client meetings to develop networks and build strong business relationships
- Supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance
- Other operational and administrative roles (e.g., preparation of progress reports, audit process, finance claims process).

Key decisions:

- Drive development of partnerships, initiatives and improvements for the effective delivery and quality of centre programmes and services
- Establish and oversee implementation of partnerships and initiatives

Dimensions:

- Supervise a team of managers and inform management on progress and performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Masters or Bachelor degree in STEM / Business Management / Economics
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with the agri-commodities and/or food science industry
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication (written and verbal), coordination, and negotiation skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders (external and internal) and work under tight timelines
- Strategic and flexible thinking, proactive tendencies, with capacity of decision making under conditions of uncertainty
- Displays leadership skills and takes interest in nurturing and coaching younger members of the team
- Some experience in IP and contracts is required
