You will be part of HPB's Integrated Programme team, responsible for leading programme planning and design to achieve sustainable healthy behaviours across multiple health domains through a more holistic, personalised and continuous health journey. This role enables HPB to maintain oversight of citizen lifestyles to augment preventive strategy planning for population health. What you will be working on As a key member of the Integrated Solutions Division, you will develop frameworks and structures for targeted programmes on the Healthy 365 app. You will lead engagement strategies, implement HPB's nudging strategy, and manage stakeholder relationships across various domain leads within the HPB programmes group. You will also supervise and coach team members in programme development and project management, navigating complex stakeholder needs and competing priorities. You will drive the expansion of targeted programmes such as Health & Wellness Series and Age Strong programmes through robust content creation and AI‐driven solutions. What we are looking for Join us if you are a dynamic, self‐motivated individual who has at least 6–8 years of relevant working experience in managing medium to large‐scale projects, preferably IT or digital‐related, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast‐paced environment. You should also possess: Relevant qualifications in a related discipline with demonstrated competence Experience in digital product or programme design, gamification, user experience design, or a related role Strong leadership skills in project management and stakeholder management with excellent verbal and written communication abilities Intermediate proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Office and JIRA Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to think clearly and remain calm under pressure Seniority level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Full‐time Job function Other Industries Wellness and Fitness Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Health Promotion Board by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
