Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior eCommerce Manager APAC (6 months maternity cover) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Singapore. Please ensure that you are eligible for working in the location without any sponsorship or relocation assistance. **Responsibilities**: - Guarantee that legal concerns are acknowledged in respect of intellectual property and work with the head of brand protection to handle counterfeit challenges and unauthorised resellers. - You will foster and uphold strong relationships with external partners such as agencies & consultants, and internal shareholders such as international marketing, SLT, Brand protection etc. - Keep updated with the latest digital marketing and any other communication tools pertinent to the eCommerce channel in the APAC region. - Responsible for internal reporting to the company and collaborate with the key markets to optimise the P&L so that the region delivers net sales and EBITDA aligned with budget. - Serve as a member of the eCommerce Centre of Excellence (COE) to distribute best practice from international team, contribute and deliver training in lunch and learns and any other key events. - Partake in crucial meetings, for example: the international eCommerce Surge meetings and international eCommerce council. - Other duties may be assigned. **Key Skills and Requirements**: - Demonstrable experience within APAC e-commerce, working with major Business to Consumer marketplace platforms, especially Tmall, JD, Lazada and Shopee. - Pertinent technical capabilities in handling Flagship stores and multi-brand stores. - Expertise on developing e-commerce trends and best practice focus on online retailer platform and consumer engagement, lead generation models using social platforms etc. - Familiarity with Consumer Health Products (OTC) /Medical Devices/Food Supplements would be ideal. - Capable of hitting the ground running as week as "create the future". - A global mindset. - Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is preferable. - A motivated individual with the ability to change culture. - Able to enable change within a small/medium company culture. - Works well in a team with various individuals. - Comfortable with uncertainty and rapid change. - ROI and financially focused individual. - Knowledge of best practice marketplace eCommerce in APAC such as Tmall, JD, PDD, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc. - Know-how of launching brands on eCommerce platforms in APAC. - Acquaintance with logistics and marketing on key platforms, especially China. - Expertise on analytics and reporting - KPI dashboards etc. Proclinical is a specialist employment agency and recruitment business, providing job opportunities within major pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
