**Purpose of role**

This role sits within our wider Central Management Team, responsible for playing a key role in managing the implementation of new client wins and working with our existing and diverse client base to deliver service extension projects and internal strategic or compliance projects.

Reporting into the APAC Head of Implementation, this role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end project management lifecycle (from scoping and project set up, through to successful closure and benefit realisation).

The Resource Solutions’ Business Transformation department is made up of 2 teams: Implementation and Service Optimisation. Currently there are 20+ FTE that sit within Business Transformation, which is one of the departments that comprises Resource Solutions’ Central Management Team (CMT) who work with and support all our current, new, and future clients.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end project management from sales or project scoping through to project closure
- Identification and management of required Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for project delivery
- Creation and management of all relevant project documentation
- Project governance, including status reporting both internally and to the client.
- Change management: including stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, communications, training etc.
- Senior stakeholder management
- Project risk and issue management
- Project planning, dependency, and milestone review

**Essential Skills / Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple change or large projects within a recruitment or outsourcing service environment
- Experience of process mapping and improvement (in a Lean environment would be beneficial)
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels of seniority and to advise on the delivery of best practice change and communications
- Experience of working with in-house and/or 3rd party technologies
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to remain calm and concise in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office, such as: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

**Desirable Skills**
- Formal Project Management methodology, such as: PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM, etc.
- Previous experience of leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and master service provider (MSP) projects
- Previous experience of working with a virtual team or remote teams or SMEs
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies
- Managing projects spanning multiple geographies
- Understanding of the recruitment industry and relevant legislation challenges
- Advanced use of Microsoft Visio and Project
