About the Job
At JLL, we are driving sustainability through everything that we do. We are building up our Sustainability practice, to drive our end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate, including Client Solutions, Strategy Consulting, Performance & Design, and Operations.
This role is embedded in the Sustainability Operations team, where you will work with our clients to deliver their sustainability objectives and
programs. This typically involves delivering continuous improvement programs for portfolios of client properties.
The role requires a passion for sustainability and gives operations specialists the opportunity to develop their careers within our sustainability community.

Operational expertise & leadership to bring the business together and help us achieve new heights. The role will be centered around the following key elements.

Commercial Management
Helping to refine offerings, ensuring they are profitable.
Help to steer projects towards profit, and away from non-scalable or unprofitable areas.

**Supporting practitioners to ensure**: Tight scope definition (review of scope, not writing of scope)
Priced to win & priced to deliver margin
Commercial terms are acceptable (matrix to segment commercial teams)
Delivery is in line with budget
Timely client billing
Strong cash collection performance

Development, roll-out, training, and ongoing support for new pricing methodologies, commercial reviews, process and project controls to unlock greater margin performance, working in conjunction with the Chief Commercial Officer

Business Development, Sales Enablement, and Marketing
Helping drive a consolidated view of the overall pipeline, where the greatest opportunities lie, and providing feedback to the business around key sales metrics.
Business Operations
Bringing together the Regional Practice teams (Consulting, Operations & Infrastructure), and fostering a ‘one team’ mentality
Overseeing production activities, including work in hand, resourcing constraints and requirements.
Identify and roll out process efficiencies in terms of production, accounting and finances, team structures, etc.

Systems & Change
Working with the practice business leaders in order to deliver new technology, process or systems change.
Seek out opportunities for operational excellence.

Reporting & Team
This role will direct report to the Chief Operating Officer, JLL Sustainability Services.
This role will matrix report to the Regional Practice Lead for Sustainability Consulting.
This role may subsequently recruit one or more Business Admin roles as direct reports.
Person Specification
Real-estate business finance background or understanding.
Business operations manager with financial acumen, an understanding of financial statements, rearward & forward-looking metrics and reporting.
A strongly “supportive” approach to “enable” a
