**Job Summary**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Business development and sales coverage of Wealth business in Singapore.
- Identifying new opportunities, deepening and improving client relationships and spotting cross-selling opportunities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's investment strategies and competitive positioning across fixed income and credit, equities, multi-asset and alternatives
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external clients to develop business relationships
- Provide new product development ideas to internal stakeholders
- Planning, management and execution of roadshows with portfolio managers
**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other Asian language (such as Chinese) is advantageous but not necessary.
- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance; CFA qualification preferred but not necessary
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience wealth sales and business development
- Previous fund selection or investment advisory experience working in a Private Bank will be a plus
- Strong network and relationships with Private Wealth and proven track record in wealth sales and business development in the region
- Familiarity with some or all of the following asset classes: equities, multi-asset, fixed income and credit, high yield, and/or alternatives
- Positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
- A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and on individual projects
- Excellent time-management, project management and organization skills to prioritize effectively and manage information flow in order to meet deadlines
- Independent and is self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in taking on new challenges to enhance coverage and build relationships with private wealth partners.
