**Job Summary**

The Assistant Vice President is responsible for providing leadership, and direction and focuses on the Plant Operations to ensure operational excellence, structure growth, and long-term strategic management. In addition, he shall ensure all activities in the industrial gas plants so as to achieve a high standard of performance and reliability.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and forecasting all production activities to ensure all plants are running smoothly and safely.
- Check and ensure the start-up of all plants and onsite plants is carried out in accordance with standard procedures.
- Provide technical support to the Maintenance and Quality Control team.
- Responsible for Planning, directing, and controlling the function and performance of the Industrial Gas Plants and Maintenance activities.
- Ensure quality control and the safety in IGP Plant.
- In charge of the training program to raise the technical standards of staff in order to achieve a high standard of skill and performance.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing and Distribution Department on daily storage, plant maintenance schedule, and unforeseen breakdown maintenance.
- Responsible for the annual budget as well as to control the expenditure of the IGP.
- Follow-up on the plant’s operation condition daily including reviewing the performances of the plants.
- Responsible to plan and co-ordinate the maintenance of IGP and onsite plants.
- Provide technical support to affiliated companies’ plant’s operation and projects.
- Conduct periodical checks and visits to affiliated companies’ plants to ensure high performance and safety of the plants

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum relevant Degree.
- 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
