Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Specialist E-Performance within its New Business Fields team. E-Performance at Porsche covers all topics relating to electric mobility (e-mobility) and charging.

Tasks
- Work with the E-Performance team to develop and implement Porsche Asia Pacific's e-mobility strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall sustainability goals and objectives
- Steer and manage local and regional projects that complement the overall e-mobility roadmap, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Provide guidance and support to the regional market teams to facilitate each country’s e-mobility transition, including upgrades at Porsche facilities, deploying charging infrastructure, and staff qualification activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that the Electric Vehicles (EVs) and associated charging infrastructure meet the needs of the customers and the market
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the e-mobility industry, including government agencies, charging infrastructure providers, and other EV manufacturers
- Monitor and analyse market trends, technology developments, and policy changes related to e-mobility, and develop and implement programs to educate customers and the public about the benefits of e-mobility, and work to promote the adoption of EVs in the region

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field - fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change in the industry
- Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Able and willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region
