Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

**Job Description**:
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and making their experience with our company great. As an expert in our products and services, you will be well positioned to help our clients make purchasing decisions based on their needs. You will be the main point of contact for clients, the person they trust and turn to if they have any questions about our products and services, pre-and post-sales. Our interaction channels include phone calls and messages, social media platforms, and in-person at the showroom.

Job Responsibilities:

- Pre-Sales - Respond promptly to and follow up on client enquiries (on various channels). Provide estimates based on their needs. Schedule site visits for clients
- Attend showroom clients and help them to understand our product and service offerings. Provide estimates based on their needs.
- Post-Sales - attend to client requests for servicing and schedule the team for servicing.
- Maintain records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Follow company SOP in various areas to maintain consistent service quality.
- Monthly, generate and report on lead and sale conversions, service reports, etc.
- Ensure that the showroom is in excellent condition to receive customers - it should be tidy, and refreshments and collateral should be restocked when necessary.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in relevant fields
- At least two years of experience in Customer Service
- Able to speak in bi-lingual will be advantaged.
- Able to work independently and work well with teams.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and time management to meet customer commitments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
