Singapore SAM ALUMINIUM ENGINEERING PTE LTD Full time

You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling repairs job queries.
- Ensure production activities and daily operations are carried out in accordance with the Project Management Plan and project schedule.
- Ensure that projects are carried out with quality and time frame in accordance with contractual agreements and safety standards.
- Involved in all stages of the projects from Start-Up and Project Close-out.
- Support the Project Manager in the tender for new projects and other general management functions when required.
- Execute and oversee site work progress & prepare department progress reports.
- Assist in document submission i.e. engineering and technical-related clarifications with clients, consultants & vendors.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Have knowledge and understanding of how to use AutoCAD software to read marine construction drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel software to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare Work Completion Reports.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the shipyard.
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
