**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing the migration strategy from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the organization.
- Conduct device readiness assessments, including hardware compatibility and software inventory validation.
- Provide hands-on support to end users during pilot and production rollouts.
- Document and resolve end-user issues related to migration (drivers, settings, app compatibility).
- Track and report migration progress using predefined dashboards or tools.
- Prepare communication materials and support guides for end users.
- Escalate technical issues to senior engineers or the Intune Engineer as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4+ years of experience in End-User Computing / Desktop Support / IT Operations.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 configuration and support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager or similar MDM tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for user interaction.
- Ability to follow structured deployment and support processes.
