We are looking for a forward-thinking End User Computing Solution Architect to join our team and lead the transformation of our digital workspace. This role is ideal for a technology leader with strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem solutions, endpoint management, and workspace modernization who thrives in driving enterprise-level IT initiatives. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver projects that enhance end user collaboration, mobility, performance, security and service quality. Define and implement standards and best practices for endpoint computing (Windows, Intune, Purview, application control). Partner with regional teams and global headquarters to modernize end user tools and workspaces. Act as a solution architect, designing and realizing target architectures aligned with business transformation initiatives. Collaborate across project teams to ensure smooth delivery of client computing solutions and enterprise platforms. Prepare architecture documentation, project reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years in IT End User Services. Mandatory Microsoft certifications (M365, Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop or Azure Administrator/MCSE). ITIL certified, with strong knowledge of change, problem, and incident management. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Exchange Online Protection, Group Policy. Hands‑on experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Delivery), Intune, SCCM/MECM, OS build deployment (Windows 10/11), and Unified Communication & Collaboration tools. Knowledge of modern authentication (SSO, hybrid cloud/on‑prem) and device/application security. Proven track record in solution design, architecture, and deployment of client computing/VDI solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and business stakeholders. Experience in the banking/financial services sector is advantageous.
