End User Computer Engineer (Urgent) Singapore

**Location**: Singapore

**JOB TYPE**: Part-time, Casual

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking to fill the position of EUC Technical Support who is a proven leader in end-user computing space in an MAC/IOS environment. Standard tasks and/or activities include:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot user’s issues with PC
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user’s issues conference room facilities
- Provision new laptops for new hires and issue loaners to users
- Manage and track assets and accessories of Tech Cafe
- Manage incident tickets and update knowledge bank
- Work with other teams such as Facilities and Enterprise Experience to improve employee productivity
- Conduct new hire IT orientation presentation
- Attend and complete mandatory improvement courses as assigned
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to pickup or delivery PCs and accessories
- Consult with and provide solutions to users related to IT

**SKILLS**:

- Knowledgeable in MAC OSX - at least a 3 on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest
