**WHO YOU ARE IN ITG**:
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, designing solutions that truly resonate with their needs. From leading technical deep dives to preparing proposals and providing hands-on support through the entire sales cycle, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- **Technical Savvy**: Experience in IT Operations and Security solutions, with knowledge of technologies.
- **Solution-Focused Mindset**: An ability to understand business challenges and design practical solutions.
- **People Skills**: Great communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex ideas clearly and confidently.

- **Experience**: With at least 5 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting within the IT field; certifications in relevant solutions are a plus

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Partnering with the sales team to deliver _compelling solution presentations,_ demos, and technical insights.
- Listening to clients, understanding their unique challenges, and _designing solutions that align with our technology offerings._
- _Building proposals,_ pricing, and documentation tailored to each client’s needs.
- _Leading workshops,_ proof-of-concept sessions, and assessments to validate solutions.
- _Acting as a trusted advisor,_ developing deep client relationships that extend beyond the sale.
- _Staying updated _on industry trends to ensure we’re always bringing the best ideas to our clients.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
