Job Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect to drive the technical architecture and solution design across our product ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing systems — ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, long-term products.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end-to-end architecture of our web and mobile platforms, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Team, and UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, coding practices, and technology choices across the engineering teams.
• Review and guide system design, integration, and API strategies.
• Identify and mitigate potential technical risks early in the design and development lifecycle.
• Provide technical mentorship to development teams and ensure design consistency across modules.
• Partner with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system monitoring.
• Proactively analyze and optimize cloud infrastructure usage and deployment patterns to ensure efficiency and control cloud spend.
• Conduct regular architecture reviews, propose modernization or refactoring initiatives where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 7 years of experience in software development and 3 years in solution or system architecture.
• Proven experience designing solutions for enterprise-scale or high-traffic products.
• Solid understanding of:
• Microservices, event-driven and modular architecture.
• Industry-standard messaging protocols (AMQP, MQTT, etc.).
• Both symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic security design.
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• API gateway, authentication, and integration patterns.
• Database design (SQL/NoSQL) and system security best practices.
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Large-scale data solutions (Kafka, Spark, data warehousing).
• Hands-on experience with modern backend frameworks (e.g., Java Spring Boot, PHP) and front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong communication and documentation skills — able to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Added Advantage

• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) or clean architecture principles.
• Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within product companies.
• Prior experience mentoring engineering teams or leading technical design reviews.
• Conversant with Agentic AI and Agentic Mesh architecture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8, $12,000.00 per month
