We are seeking a seasoned and driven Strategic Sales Director with a **hunter mindset** to lead our **banking partnerships** and **SWIFT integration** efforts across the APAC region. This role is pivotal to our long-term strategy and requires someone with deep experience in selling to banks, a strong understanding of SWIFT, and the ability to build and maintain high-level relationships.

**How you will create impact**:
**Drive new business**: Identify and close high-value opportunities with banks and financial institutions across the region.

**Maintain focus**: Deepen engagement with our core network of banks while strategically expanding our footprint.

**Lead complex sales cycles**: Manage end-to-end sales—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.

**Build executive relationships**:Engage directly with Strong** C-level network** and senior decision-makers within the banking sector.

**Collaborate cross-functionally**: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure successful integration and delivery.

**Represent the organization**:Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand and solutions.

**Inform strategy**: Provide market insights and feedback to shape our long-term regional approach.

**Requirements**:
**Essential qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure.

**Skills**:

- **Hunter mindset**: Self-starter with a relentless drive to win new business and exceed targets.
- Proven success selling to banks, in the APAC Region.
- Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and integration processes.

**Attributes**:

- **CRM Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions.
- **Target-Driven**: A track record of exceeding sales and business development targets.
- **Adaptability**: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- **Detail-Oriented**: Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**Market Knowledge**:

- Experience working with PSPs, or financial services platforms is strongly preferred.
