Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Supply Chain, the Procurement Sourcing and Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing functional and technical administration for the Coupa Source-to-Pay system, as well provide sourcing support to the Enterprise Supply Chain team. In addition, the role will also support delivery of procurement services to other parts of Prudential.

**ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Trouble shoot and resolve technical and functional issues and ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for the source-to-pay solution by assessing current configurations and identifying gaps
- Work with internal teams, including Finance, IT integration support, HR
- Collaborate and provide user training to improve user adoption and knowledge of Coupa source-to-pay system and compliance to procure-to-pay processes
- Perform Coupa release notes impact assessment and perform UAT as required
- Keep up to date Coupa admin maintenance SOP documentation
- Perform an active role in Coupa user community to represent PACS
- Provide sourcing support eg. set up of eAuctions, catalogue management and maintenance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and advice on Procurement matters
- Identify and execute value-add projects to expand influence / scope where appropriate. This may include partnering with business to execute non-sourcing related initiatives eg. initiatives that support customer acquisition.
- Drive and support implementation of process efficiency initiative
- Support business users with use of Source-to-Pay system and act and address issues arising from the system usage

- Ability to think strategically and tactically to ensure recommendations are appropriate and realistic

Working Experience
- 1 - 3 years of previous procurement or supply chain experience
- 2 - 3 years of system admin experience in Procure-to-Pay system (Coupa, Ariba, etc) is preferred but not mandatory
- Good understanding of procurement and supply chain

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum academic qualification
- Procurement certification is preferred
