**_Role Purpose _**

Reports to Assistant Supply chain Finance Manager and plays an integral role in preparing the actual, forecast and budgeting reporting by performing variance analysis of financial results for COGS. In addition, would be responsible for managing the financial accounting and day-to-day operations such as ocean freight accruals, cost recharges and cost pricing setup.

**_Accountabilities _**
- Responsible for month end close for HQ entity with focus on ocean freight accruals
- Manage finance automation (CFS) process to deliver, track and monitor accurate data for country PNL
- Preparing and organizing data used for budgeting, forecasting, actuals and assist to perform variance analysis of financial results for COGS
- Assist Supply Chain Finance Manager to evaluate, monitor and track KIMM cost saving projects with various stakeholders such as manufacturing plant team, R&D, logistics
- Ensure compliance oversight in accordance with internal control policies
- Support Ad-hoc projects as requested by Supply Chain Director by organising/presenting data, automation etc

**_Knowledge, Skills and Experience _**
- At least 3-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis and controlling roles
- Previous exposure to large database and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical ability and Excel spreadsheet skills (POWER pivot and query skills is a plus)
- Ability to understand concepts and ideas quickly and model data in meaningful ways
- Experience working with cross functions and cultures
- Has strong sense of operational discipline and process control governance
- Ability to be meet deadlines
