**Job Title: Head of Sales
**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities and Duties)**:
- Lead sales team to develop, decompose, and execute sales plans in accordance with the company's annual international trade sales objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct research and share information on the market and competitors.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, strengthening cooperation.
- Assist the General Manager in sales business management and contribute to the establishment of a sales management system.
- Build a procurement team, train team members, and enhance their order execution capabilities.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects where necessary.
**About You (Requirements)**:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience, and preferably experience in team building.
- Background from the top 50 distribution industry companies will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in the automotive electronics, industrial control, or energy storage industry is a plus.
- Possess high-quality terminal factory customer resources, such as large OEMs and EMS.
- Strong logical thinking ability and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with risk management capabilities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
