Our modular plug‑and‑play security framework allows Web3 projects, protocols, and enterprises to seamlessly integrate fail‑safe mechanisms into their development and transaction pipelines. These modules span across: Access Management – enforce granular, on‑chain access controls and permissions. Real‑Time Threat Detection – monitor live transaction flows and detect malicious activity before it causes damage. Automated Incident Response – neutralise threats instantly through AI‑driven responses, reducing downtime and losses. Head of Sales Responsibilities Drive ecosystem growth by owning the sales motion across events, partnerships, and community relationships. What You’ll Do Lead ecosystem sales through events: Participate and represent FailSafe at key Web3 and security events globally. Build & convert sales pipelines: Turn cold and warm leads into qualified opportunities and closed revenue. Drive partnerships: Identify and build relationships with protocols, L1s/L2s, launchpads, and ecosystem partners. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work directly with founders on strategy, pipeline priorities, and partnership structures. Own the narrative: Represent the brand publicly and in front of enterprise and ecosystem clients. Experiment fast: Iterate on event activations, sales flows, and outreach strategies for maximum ROI. Fast learner: You pick up complex security and blockchain concepts quickly and communicate them clearly.
