Salesforce Developer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, while ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will play a pivotal role in leading Salesforce projects and maintaining a key role in designing and developing the architecture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Salesforce Project Leadership**:
- Initiate, lead, and deliver Salesforce projects, including system design and architecture.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Perform independent code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
**Solution Development**:
- Develop and design scalable and effective solutions on the Salesforce platform using relevant tools and technologies.
**Public Sector Solutions**:
- Experience in developing solutions for Public Sector organizations (PSS) using Salesforce technologies **.**
**Omniscript and Omnistudio**:
- Leverage Omniscript and Omnistudio for building dynamic, customized solutions.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business requirements.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Salesforce Platform Knowledge**:
- Experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization options.
**Certifications**:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
**Public Sector Solution (PSS)**:
- Proven expertise in delivering Salesforce solutions tailored for Public Sector organizations.
**Omniscript & Omnistudio**:
**Testing & Quality Assurance**:
- Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for ensuring the highest quality standards in deliverables.
**Problem-Solving**:
- Ability to analyse business requirements and design effective, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
