Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven individual capable of learning and working independently in doing full sets of accounts and other business support functions on behalf of our clients.
**Job Description**:
- Onboard new clients - design and implement efficient workflows & processes before delegating to associates
- Manage and supervise associates to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll
- Review accounts done by junior associates
- Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing
- Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary
- Handle GST submission
- Handle payroll and CPF submission
- Prepare tax computation (training will be provided if necessary)
- Management of Corp Pass Account with client as required
- Liaison with government authorities as necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines
- Provide assistance to other members of the team as required
**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
