ClearSK is a leading healthcare & aesthetic clinic chain in Singapore with a growing international presence. As we expand our services and explore innovative medical technologies, we seek a driven Corporate Finance Executive to assist in biotech business development and capital market projects.

Role Summary:
As our Corporate Finance Executive, you'll be instrumental in managing our day-to-day financial operations while supporting critical strategic initiatives. This role demands high efficiency, adaptability, and the ability to excel under time pressure in our dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute financial reporting and analysis to support operational decision-making
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance
- Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs for management review
- Support high-impact projects, including:
1. Financial due diligence for potential business mergers, particularly in integrating new units developing patented cell therapeutic technology

2. Assist in capital market projects, including data preparation for potential IPO
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in corporate finance or related field
- CPA qualification preferred
- Strong computational skills and proficiency in financial software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Proven track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
