Job Description - Financial Accounting & Corporate Services Executive / Senior Executive Role Overview: This position will manage a portfolio of designated Clients who require our services.Responsibilities: Financial Accounting and Taxation: • Bookkeeping and GST reporting• Payroll processing• Preparation of Financial Statements• Tax computation and Tax return Filing• Other relevant accounting functionsCorporate Secretarial Support: • Incorporation of Companies• Preparation of corporate resolutions and minutes of general meetings• Maintenance of statutory secretary file• ACRA statutory filing• Other relevant corporate secretarial tasksWhat to expect: • Learn core competencies in Financial Accounting, Taxation and Corporate Secretarial Services• Proper performance appraisal and career development program• Work-life balanced environment.
