- **OMRON Asia Pacific** HERE.- This role will manage the OMCP group budget and forecast process to ensure our SGA cost management aligns with global HQ's direction & strategies through feedback from quarterly forecasts and regular meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create & consolidate OMCP group budget & quarterly forecast packages
- Organize budget reviews and enhance processes
- Create management fee Service Agreements with WPs & stakeholders
- Collate APAC WP quarterly sales forecasts
- Assist in generating monthly reports
- Maintain CPD Sharepoint for CPD related information
- Assist in ad-hoc CPD related administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, finance or a relevant field
- Experience in accounting & finance or corporate/business planning
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting tasks
- Working experience with regional stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational & time management skills
