**Job Description**:

- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all ST rental sales employees, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
- Directs and schedules the activities of all direct reports. Ensuring proper staffing and attendance for operational hours.
- Manage and expand existing clientele base (Hertz, FASST & BMW Access)
- Develops programs that will increase gross profit and rental/subscription penetration.
- Sets pricing of vehicles for ST rentals (Hertz, FASST & BMW Access) with the aim of maximising rental rates and utilisation.
- Administration and billings of monthly contracts (Hertz, FASST & BMW Access) - Creation of contracts, billing of ongoing monthly payments / fines, repairs, and rectification costs recovery from rental deposit (LT contracts handed down), and coordination with Operations on vehicle delivery, collection and breakdown assistance where needed.
- Provide regular updates and periodic reports to management.
- Forecasts ad reports sales goals and expenses for the ST rental department.
- Maintains close contact and good working relationships with internal SDS functions (LT, Ops, Marketing), Sime Darby sister companies (PML, VAL, SDAS, PPSL) and principals (HAP, BMW FS & BMW Asia, etc.)
- Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with the industry and local regulations that affect rental/subscription sales.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in required capacity
- Class 3 driving licence
- Knowledge of managing business operations
- Knowledge on common make and models of vehicles
- Basic Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
