**Key roles & Responsibilities**
- HR Eco System Champion
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of our HR tech stack (HR core, payroll, learning, recruitment tools, etc.)
- Collaborate with digital and external vendors to address technical issues, digital roadmap and implement system enhancements.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that enhance HR operations.
- Project Lead
- Possess a relevant experience in leading medium-scale digital projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Provide training and technical support to HR users and employees on system functionality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Digital Partner
- Collaborate with Digital, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure HR systems integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Serve as a digital partner to business, identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions to accelerate digital adoption.
- Data Stewardship
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Implement data protection measures within HR systems to safeguard employee information.
- Perform regular risk assessments, data quality check and control audits to identify and mitigate potential data protection risks.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management or a related role.
- Project Management Certificate is highly recommended.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and system integration projects
- Understanding of AI driven HR tools and automation solutions
- Possess basic knowledge of Employment Act and employee lifecycle and payroll processes
- An attention to detail individual who ensures the system security, controls and compliance
- A tech savvy who effectively influences stakeholders on digital adoption
- A natural problem solver who can turn problems into opportunities
- An early adopter who actively seeks out and adopts new technologies, products and ideas.
