Right now, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Care Associate**to enhance our customer experience and support the Sales team.

**Your Role on Our Journey**
This role will focus on account management, client interaction, and overseeing car collection/drop-off processes. By taking ownership of these responsibilities, the Customer Care Associate will enable our Sales team to focus on generating new business opportunities.

**Your Day-to-Day Adventures**
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Sales Team.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the coordination of car collection and drop-off to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to address vehicle availability and condition for seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with Sales to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and support.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional first impressions.

**What Makes You a Perfect Fit**
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- A **valid driving license is required**to perform essential job duties, such as car collection and drop-off operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
