**Working location**: 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT)

**Working hours**:

- Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
- Sat: 8am-12pm (Alternate)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Monitor and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene practices in the production area, including equipment cleaning and pest control.
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government regulatory standard.
- Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest food regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and suggest improvements to existing processes
- Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
- To carry out other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good initiative and effective communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Able to understand/ converse in Mandarin (as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and employees).

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
