We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Executive to join our team in executing a range of operational processes and administrative activities to support the Registry in its various functions.

**Key Job Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the following:
1. manage administrative functions in areas such as
- budget and procurement
- publication of communications to stakeholders (including circulars and website updates)
- record-keeping and file archival
- training matters
- user acceptance testing

2. process operational and procedural tasks on the e-services platform, IPOS Digital Hub (IDH)

4. liaise with external vendors on the delivery of services, such as record-keeping and file archival, training and user acceptance testing

5. organise and provide secretariat support for meetings

6. assess, provide recommendations, and implement improvements to streamline departmental processes for business efficiency

7. assist with other tasks and duties as assigned

As you develop in seniority and deepen your expertise in the operational activities, your role will expand to include supervision, mentoring and coaching responsibilities. You may also be called on to assist in tasks related to some basic aspects of trade mark examination work.
