We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a **Sales Support Specialist **. In this exciting role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and talented gig workers, ensuring everyone thrives
**What You’ll Do**:
- Build and nurture relationships with Clients and Giggers, ensuring their satisfaction and success is your top priority
- Continuously expand FastGig's pool of top-notch Giggers, identifying and recruiting reliable talent
- Conduct in-person meetings with Clients at their workplaces, presenting solutions and building trust
- Provide valuable advice to Clients based on the latest market trends and industry best practices
- Offer on-site support to Giggers during their initial deployments at Client locations, ensuring a smooth transition
- Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to client success and a streamlined workflow
**Who You Are**:
- Passionate about building a network of reliable talent, keeping them informed and supported with a positive and helpful approach
- Resourceful and timely troubleshooter, adept at navigating challenges while adhering to company guidelines
- Communicate effectively (written and spoken) both internally and externally, fostering strong connections
- Eager to learn the ropes and embrace new challenges with a positive outlook
- Comfortable conversing and handling client inquiries in Mandarin
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
