Sales Support Specialist

To power the expansion into Southeast Asia, we are looking for a sales support specialist/corporate sales development specialist, starting ASAP based in Singapore, We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales team for achieving the target. This role will be primarily responsible for the lead generation and regular marketing activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leads generations, tracking leads status and recording leads data in CRM
- Build up a pipeline of B2B customers via appointment setting and maintain the interest of a pipeline of B2B customers.
- Ability to build early-stage sales pipeline and develop prospect accounts
- Ability to call into prospect accounts and build relationships to get Adaptive Planning introduced
- Follow-up with warm leads and track potential opportunities.
- Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of a cloud-based planning tool
- Perform in bound lead qualify check and follow up
- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; preparing quotations.
- Administrative duties assigned by the management such as raising invoice for billing etc.
- Provide support for marketing activities and events such as monthly campaign
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma or equivalent sales support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with pipeline building methodologies
- Being creative on marketing campaigns
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
- Independent, responsible, possess integrity, results-orientated, willing to learn, a good team player, driven and highly motivated.
- Previous sales support experience will be advantageous, experience with using CRM and sales software will be advantageous
- Experience with SaaS or cloud solution sales culture will be advantageous
