
Senior Sales Consultant

Providing solid advice to clients on their requirements for company incorporation, workpasses, immigration and related services, entailing amongst other things:
- Providing customer service support to clients of the firm, eg. receiving enquiries, briefing potential clients over the phone, forwarding enquiries to management/operation, liaising with clientele
- Understanding clients requirements, scoping throughly and advising clients on best options possible for their needs
- Managing sales specialists to ensure proper calling through potential client lists, ensuring proper sales funnel management
- Manage the sales team's CRM, ensuring proper and prompt updating of information and assignment of tasks
- Responsible for helping sales team achieve sales targets as determined by the management
- You need to be willing to learn and adapt, and most of all - to enjoy the exposure that this job brings
Prerequisites
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- 10 years experience in direct sales, preferably with at least 5 years experience in professional telesales/call centre sales
- 4 years experience in corporate services sales, specifically company registration, workpass / immigration, accounting and tax
- Must possess thorough knowledge of Singapore company regulations, tax regulations, and employment regulations
- Must have handled high volume of inbound sales leads annually for the past 3 years
- Demonstrate keen ability to instil confidence and trust in customers who are inbound leads, converting a high volume of sales leads
- 3 years experience managing advanced sales CRM eg sales force
- Diploma or degree or equivalent
