**Responsibilities**:

Raw materials’ supply chain operations**:

- Customer order processing based on the planning cycle
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers on documentation requirements
- Monitor shipping schedule (ETD/ ETA) for updates to customers and invoice job scheduling
- Support monthly financial closing process
- Support ad-hoc requests from customers and various functions

Documentation**:

- Issuance of commercial invoice according to Incoterm with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams, raw material suppliers, and banks for timely documentation processing
- Provision accurate documents to customers for cargo clearance
- Provision accurate documents to bank and Finance to facilitate payment to suppliers
- **
Supply Chain KPIs measurement**:

- Data accuracy for KPIs measurement
- Inventory days of supply
- Back-order & backlog
**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 2-3 years of logistics management experience
- Familiar with international trade
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship management skills
- Self-awareness, and be able to deal with different nationality/ culture
