Job Title: Trade Documentation Executive
**Over the Counter Services**
- Manage and improve the processes for Certificate of Origin and Trade Documentation.
- Receiving and processing other related trade documentation at the counter.
- Manage counter transactions - payments for Certificate of Origin
- Managing all of enquiries regarding Certificate of Origin
**Account Management & Customer Service**
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders of the Company.
- Effectively communicate with Key Clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication to identify full potential for, and to gain maximum commitment for membership.
- Ensure high level of customer contact.
- Develop and maintain relationships which benefit client.
- Advise Membership Manager of client’s background and needs.
- Provide feedback/comments relating to Certificate of Origin and Trade Documentation.
- Handles all tele-enquiries pertaining to Certificate of Origin and Trade Documentation.
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of trade documentation.
- Take accurate enquiry details from client.
- Maintain an effective tracking system for enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients.
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
- Represent company in a professional manner at all times.
- Prepare and verify monthly CO Report for evaluation by Singapore Customs
