In this role, you will;
- Managing and working with the appointed vendors/agencies to develop web assets and new features built
- Improving the development of existing product (i.e., ActiveSG Circle)
- Conduct market research and analyse industry and consumer trends hence prioritising features development on the roadmap
- Collaborating closely with Product and Project Manager
- Propose new product and features development useful for users
- Organise and implement internal and customer training for HubSpot on how to edit content
- Understand, research, and implement new technology to improve customer’s experience where applicable
- Evaluate, manage, and solve technical problems when needed
- Monitor and analyse website for feedback and bug related trends and product quality
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation
- Work with appointed vendors to implement User Acceptance Tests when product is ready
- Work together with data and governance team to maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy in HubSpot

Job Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role / working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience of working on one of the customer engagement and automation platforms such as HubSpot or Braze or MoEngage, and deep understanding of digital product development
- Possess strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication skills and project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
- Diligent in execution and able to think critically
- Prior experience in ecommerce / loyalty programme is a plus point
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
