Singapore LLOYD'S REGISTER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

We are currently seeking a Naval Architect to join our Global sales team to support and project manage the solution mapping process with potential customers, internal stakeholders such as Customer Success and Product Managers to ensure customer’s expectations are meet once signing contract.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare and execute solution mapping workshop in person or remotely with other i4 specialist
- Create and own detailed customer solution document with Sales Manager, Product Manager and Customer Success Manager
- Prepare and execute customer solution feedback workshop in person or remotely with other i4 specialist
- Support Customer Success Manager and internal evaluation team until signing of customer is complete
- Scope out product development and be voice of customer towards internal stakeholders during product development
- Clearly present and communicate i4 AI and HYBRID vessel modelling with value proposition to stakeholders during solution mapping workshop, conference or other events
- Own and capture i4 potential customer new requirements loop by having regular meetings with Product Team and Business Development Team
- With time build and manage a dedicated global team of Solution Advisories

**You will have**:

- A Bachelor degree from a recognised institution in Engineering (ie. Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering)
- A strong understanding of Marine & Offshore business gained through a minimum of 8 years
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience managing clients
- Strong team spirit and cooperation skills to promote a team working environment across the i4 as well as with other functions and business streams.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and implement change.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt responsibilities and to take on new challenges as the business develops.
- Managerial experience or asperations
