**Position Title: Program Manager, Operations**

**Location: Singapore**

**Your role**
- The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global projects on behalf of the Global Operations department. The role involves managing smaller to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to meet project goals. _

**What you’ll do**
- _Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives. _
- _Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management plans. _
- _Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. _
- _Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management. _
- _Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. _
- _Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure alignment with expectations and standards. _
- _Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders. _
- _Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. _
- _Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance. _
- _Support Operations PMO in larger, complex projects as needed. _

**What you’ll need**
- _Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. _
- _Min 5 to 7 years of project management experience, preferably within data centers, IT infrastructure, or similar industries. _
- _Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). _
- _Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. _
- _Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. _
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. _
