FAM is set up to provide alternatives to bring our investors with long-term investment results with peace of mind. **HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU Through the 24-month FAM Management Associate Programme, you will be challenged to complete FOUR rotations across asset management functions: Sales & Marketing, Investment Research, Operations & Compliance, and Investor Relations. The four business rotations will provide you with an all-rounded exposure to the industry, breaking boundaries of business verticals. You will be constantly riding steep learning curves to grow and thrive in a start-up environment. So buckle up and be ready to give your 120% You will be supported with our training system for intensive on-the-job training designed by our key management team. One-on-one mentorship with senior management & key leadership staff will be provided to set the right talents up for success and open up new areas of growth. You will be leading and participating in strategic projects to gain first-hand exposure in the running of the company and play an essential part in the company’s present and future.
