Strategic Growth Manager

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible in the localization of Global Strategy (“How to Win locally”), ensuring the Organizational Unit (OU) organization wiring is aligned towards a common growth agenda. By leading the OU and portfolio strategy development with a specific focus on CONSUMER, this role ensures the System wins in the local market.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Own specific analysis to support localizing the global strategy, defining how to win by channel / customer / region, and identifying long-term strategic opportunities, including whitespace opportunities and challenges
- Leverage high-level competitive insights in coordination with Finance to facilitate robust decision making, wiring the Organizational Unit (OU) together and connecting with the broader The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) network
- Act as an “in house” consultancy partner, structuring and leading ad-hoc cross-functional analysis to facilitate fact-based decision making, particularly around resource allocation
- Interface with Franchise Strategy Leads, Platform Services, and OU Functions to operationalize strategy end-to-end
- Goals and/or strategies for the role focus on (but are not limited to) mid-term / long term priorities (2-5 years and beyond)
- Ability to integrate multiple insights and complex issues through a broad and holistic approach, defining the strategic direction for the bsiness and leading to actionable solutions
- Ability to drive targeted analysis in high quality to drive critical insights to base business decisions on
- Partners with senior leaders to orchestrate and wire the strategy and solution deployment, prioritizing efforts, influencing, aligning, and engaging key stakeholders
- This role is responsible for communicating internally within the Strategy function and across the different OU functions to effectively disseminate the OU strategy and supporting insights as well as to build alignment on OU priorities and key initiatives. This can involve negotiating internally, sometimes pushing against opposing interests.
- This role will also interface heavily with other team members on specific projects as will be sourced from different functions in the organization.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- +5 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Management Consulting, Marketing, Business Planning, Insights, and/or Finance.
- Proven experience in driving cross functional teams’ coordination and alignment. Experience with influencing senior members of management is a plus.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to “connect the dots” and to integrate diverse business insights to develop holistic approach to progress.
- Problem framing and solving: Ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross-functional complex analyses, initiatives, or efforts in the organization.
- Prioritization: ability to effectively prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs while balancing immediate and long-term priorities.
- Synthesis and Storytelling: Communicate, influence, and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact-based and action-oriented approach to storytelling.
