Singapore GLOBAL TRAINING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing pre-course, during-course and post-course administrative support to the SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace (SFDW) 2.0 programme, and other WSQ courses, in collaboration with other departments;
- Managing the preparation and submission of grant claims for the SFDW 2.0 programme;
- Assisting the Operations Manager in the submission of grant claims for other WSQ courses;
- Liaising with the Trainers to coordinate and plan course schedules. Re-arranging lesson schedules based on key exigencies;
- Preparing documentation and resources for upcoming course runs;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the completion of training outcomes surveys;
- Maintaining accurate records of training courses and feedback forms, new learner induction;
- Coaching and leading junior administrative executives in the execution of the above duties; and
- Other duties assigned by the management.

8-hour workday (excluding 1-hour lunch break), 5-day work week, with off-in-lieu granted for providing support for evening or weekend classes.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training-related administrative role
- At least a Diploma or equivalent
