**Company Overview**
We are looking to recruit chefs & assistant chefs for our 2 restaurants located in Balestier. We specialize in both Thai & Japanese cuisine. Our Thai restaurant serves one of the best Thai Curry Noodles (Khao Soi) in Singapore, while our Japanese restaurant provides one of the most relaxing and welcoming Japanese dining experiences in Singapore.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients before opening hours
- Cook food to order in a timely manner
- Brush up on knowledge of restaurant's specials, if any
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Monitor food and ingredients stock to ensure kitchen is always sufficiently equipped
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients and dispose of out-of-date items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
