**Main purpose**

**SDP Executive** will be responsible for Store design & construction project management. As a key member of project execution team, he/she will work closely with local SDP to control and reinforce the brand image for both retail and wholesale networks in SEAO.

This individual will be assisting local SDP to develop and manage project schedule, cost control, procurement, construction/ production to ensure the projects are completed within budget, on schedule and within corporate quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project planning**
- Prepare boutique brief in collaboration with different departments.
- Prepare launch packages by collecting, controlling & submitting all information that is required by HQ to start project (site survey package, Due Diligence, drawings, photo reports, technical constrains, LL guideline highlights etc)
- Work closely with the local SDP on overall project schedules. Take ownership of preparing, controlling, and managing project program - milestone, opening date and so on.
- Work closely with local SDP and external consultant on all details, finishes, furniture, mechanical & electrical, coordination with Group IT, Security, Procurement team on drawings.
- Follow up with finance department for all PO related matters through SAP and FISM as well as invoicing matters.
- Follow up with logistics department for all import / export related matters, anticipate shipment leadtime to avoid delayed.
- Prepare display material opening order and allocation.
- Collaborate with local VM, Marketing and CRM for event design planning.

**Project Execution**
- Review tender bidding together with QS consultant / local SDP, and subsequently review total capex for all project investments including soft and direct costs.
- Monitor site progress (Off site / On site)
- Negotiate all aspects of the project to maintain approved capital budget.
- Track budget closely, to control and maintain capital investment.
- Follow up on direct procurement items to ensure deliveries on time for store opening.
- Collect and organize all required project closeout documents.
- Prepare completion report for completed project.
- POS / Boutique maintenance
- Execution of event setup

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury / fashion retail, architectural firm and/or agency (high end contractor / millwork / supplier)
- Highly flexible and able to work both independently and in team
- Able to work out of office hour example, attend to site during night work
- Able to effectively prioritize and work under pressure in a fast peace environment
- Curious and passionate in retail design, construction and able to effectively prioritize and execute task in fast peace environment.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop Microsoft Office, or equivalent software
- Language: English and Mandarin
