Looking for Store Manager
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Ascertain customers' needs and wants.
3. Manage point of sales processes.
4. End-to-end operations of a retail stores.
5. Oversees the order fulfilment processes for customers.
6. Inventory management, Stocktaking, replenishing stocks and receiving goods.
7. Oversee general control over all the tools and activities of the store.
**Skills**:1. Posses good product and service knowledge to represent the company.
2. Maintain and upkeep of proper documentation records such as invoices, quotation and other source documents.
3. Develop an action plan to implement productivity and innovation initiatives.
4. Inventory management and resources.
5. Communicate scheduled sales reports in accordance with organizational standards.
6. Establish rapport and cultivate relationship with customers and co-workers.
(6 Months period)
Approved Training Allowance
- Fresh Graduates - $2,100
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,100
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,600
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature).
Graduates interested in this position should possess a Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
